So for breakfast this morning, I feel like making muffins. I had some awesome Bing cherries that I need to use up. I've created this gluten-free recipe before for when I went to my great aunt's house and it was simply delicious! It was her first introduction to anything gluten-free and she couldn't tell the difference! They stay moist and hold their shape and the fruit just smells wonderful! Enjoy!
