So for dinner tonight, I won't be home to have a meal with my husband. I'll be dining out, sushi style, with a friend I haven't seen since high school... That's like 10 years. I have my gluten-free soy sauce packets ready in tow as well. But for my husband, I've made something homey for him: Macaroni and Cheese gluten-free style. Totally easy and totally filling.
Pretty much everything in our house now is gluten-free and the great thing is Ben (the husband) doesn't mind one bit; he's very supportive! He just HAS to have his gluten-filled bread with him. ;O)
